Won auction seller refuses to sell item
I just won an auction Sun and as soon as I did the seller messaged "Ain't got no mo" and "too late". I explained that I had won the auction and had been given the message to pay seller. He responded with "quit playing you ain't win non", and "what I say bruh". Then told me I "ain't gettin it for that price". Now I don't care about not getting the item, but the request for payment is still there and I'm not paying someone who either doesn't have the item or never intended to sell the item at his starting bid. I asked him to remove my bid, but so far he hasn't. Any suggestions? I don't want it to look like I'm refusing to pay for something.

·2 years agoTo my surprise, I won a bid on Gucci shoes twice. It said. You lose. I even thought. Until the last minute, there were no more people but me biding. This does not end here. Two days later, I saw the same shoes for sale to the same seller. It looks to me that eBay allows people not to get what they wish to retire at the last minute.
