Won a bid, but the seller doesn’t ship it, and not answering messages.
Hi, the 29th (jan) I won a bid on an iphone 13, i have to say that i won the bid and paid in less than half an hour, because the price of the bid won was really, really cheap (which in my mind is where all the problem starts). After I paid i tried to message him, but he is not answering messages anymore. 2 days already passed and i can’t get a reply, or a tracking, usually when I pay, the next day (no lather than) a tracking is available. And I must add that this has happened to me before, i won an iPhone 12 very cheap and the seller talked to me and said he was going to refund because he wanted more for it, then he cancelled the order, and literally at the same hour I got my money back. Dear community, what options do i have to avoid being scammed? Or what should I do now?

·1 year ago1. What was the sellers handling time? 2. Usually if the price is too good to be true it is. Also 2 days isnt a long time.

·1 year agoIf you don't get a package or full refund from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
