Why is eBay returning all my items to the seller before they cross the border?
Yes, they have returned 5 items to the seller from the consolidation center before even crossing the border to Mexico, without further explanation than that. For a collector as me that's a waste of time... My address is correct as I know this could be a cause, but I receive items from other places without any problem. Can you help me understand pleade

·3 years agoWhat are you buying? Mexico has a long list of restricted and prohibited items: https://bado.mx/articles/2827/rgce-2020/annex-17-of-the-general-rules-of-foreign-trade/

You seem to buy from China based high volume sellers with feedback percentages lower than 98.6% ratings fairly often. If the items that are being turned around have been from China based sellers, it could be them who is recalling them. Your biggest concern should be getting a refund for those items.

·3 years agoEither the package exceeds International mail dimensions, the item is prohibited to be mailed to Mexico or the seller didn't provide a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN).
