Why hasn’t provided me with my 2 items i ordered!!? He was paid, but I have NO item!
is a Fraud. My money was taken and I have NOT received my 2 pair of Hector Riccione boots. He will not respond to messages and He’s not honest about providing products as seen on Ebay

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Did someone ask you to post this reply here, and tell you that you would be employed by eBay and eBay would pay you to post replies on this community? Have you also been asked to post product reviews? This is a scam, and they are setting you up to cheat you and steal from you. Very soon, you are going to be asked to pay the scammers, in order to be able to withdraw your "pay".
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back. More info:

Did you and the seller work a deal outside ebay? It looks like the seller ended the listing on June 16, but the boots are not showing as sold.
If that's the case, you are SOL.
If you did purchase and pay for them, you are within 30 days so you should go back to the order and click that you didn't receive the item. If the seller can't prove delivery or if he doesn't respond within 3 days, go back to the case and ask ebay to step in.
EDIT: In the future, look at the seller's feedback before purchasing!

·2 years agoif you are still within Ebays thirty day MBG, go to the transaction and open an item not received case. if the seller does not respond, on the fourth day ask Ebay to step in., You will be refunded without returning the items.
It looks like you bought one pair of boots, not two.

·2 years agoIf brought the item through Ebay and the seller sent the wrong items you should be able to get your money back. If have not received the items contact. They will ask you contact the seller. Based on what you wrote the seller will not reply. Open a dispute will seller. Ebay if they will require proof from the seller that the item delivered. Here is where it get tricky, some of the shippers will no supply the name, address of where it was the ony the city. Ebay will favor the seller because it has your city on the delivery of the tracking number even though it went to a different address an your case will be close in favor of the seller. The thing to do is caller the shipper and tell them that you brought an Item and that you and that you proof that it was send you and that it has your Address. Once they they give this information here are two things that you can 1.) Open an appeal case in Ebay and attach a copy of the shippers showing that it was send to your address or 2.) You can talk the credit card company or Pal Pay which every was your creditor and tell them explain your situation and attached the a copy of the shippers showing that it shipped to you. OP2 years agoThere is NO Tracking address for my 2 items. FedMartinez1891 has the correct address. I need to be REFUNDED. Why would anyone side with the Seller and the seller CANNOT be reached!!!?? This is absolutely LUDICROUS and it sounds FRAUDULENT!
