My order had been placed just one week before the notice appeared that the item was no longer eligible for feedback. Could this be triggered by the seller (who sent me a different item than I ordered)?
Sellers have no control over the feedback window. If you were leaving negative feedback for a Top Rated Seller there's a 7-day waiting period before it can be left. Could that be the message you received?

·2 years agoThe window for feedback is 60 days from purchase date. That can be problematic for international shipping, but there are no exceptions.

OP2 years agoThanks, glad to know it is not in sellers control but this is not a Top Rated Seller so I still find the situation puzzling.
