Why do eBay items take so long to ship out?
Hello,
Is there a reason why many eBay sellers no longer ship out purchases promptly?
5 out of the 8 items I purchased over the last few months took longer to ship than expected, like in 3 business days to print the darn shipping label, and another 2 to 3 days to get the items shipped: what the heck is going on?
Anything I order from Amazon, I usually receive it within 3 to 4 days, even if it is not a business day...
There are times when I don't need ASAP shipments, and there are times when I do.
As a result of this eBay slow shipping issue, I am increasingly shopping for my needed items on Amazon, even if it is a few dollars more.
In addition to hurting themselves, these slow shippers are hurting eBay as well.
What is the reason for this?

·2 years agoGood move. totally agree. Looks like sellers are shipping on the cheapest possible option, the USPS, which is circling the drain, after 3 years under the current government. 3rd world all the way.
