Why did my bid always got canceled?
I'm a new eBay user , everytime I want to bid something the bid will just last for some time, and always got rejected because of "I can't verify the buyer's identity ",but I can buy things which means my payment is alright, my personal mail account and phone number also works, I want to know what I'm missing here.

·3 years agoA seller can cancel a bid and/or block a particular user for just about any reason, including that s/he is new. S/he cannot automatically block for that reason, which is why you are able to buy at the Buy It Now price since the seller doesn't know you exist until you actually pay (or commit to pay if the BIN does not require Immediate Payment); there are much stricter rules with consequences for a seller to cancel a transaction (done deal) and that the buyer is new is not a valid reason to do that.
Once you have done transactions and accrued feedback (it helps to leave positive feedback for the seller after you receive your item as described and the transaction is otherwise satisfactory) since some sellers don't leave feedback until they get positive feedback) more and more sellers will be willing to let your bids stand.
ETA: Another thing to do: don't be in a hurry to bid. The only advantage an early bid has over a later one is that it prevails in an exact tie (but you can minimize the likelihood of an exact tie by not bidding round numbers, see below).
Bid your TRUE maximum that you are willing and able to pay for that particular item as listed (don't forget to back out shipping etc.) WITHOUT REGARD to what others appear or don't appear to have bid. There is absolutely no need to figure out what others have or haven't bid or might bid* in determining your bid amount, since it ALREADY will have been figured into the price if you win. While some claim tactical reasons to place a lower bid early in the auction and then wait until near the end to bid your full TRUE maximum, I advise bidding only 1 time (can't repeat it enough: at your TRUE maximum) because you are never guaranteed a rebid (and there are circumstances where the prior bid prevents a rebid on that same auction). For several reasons later bidding is better than early bidding (doesn't use up your Limits, keeps your options open, doesn't leave your hidden maximum available for others, including dishonest sellers, to probe by "nibbling" at it, and gives the seller less time to decide to cancel it) and I recommend using a third party "snipe service" (do a websearch, there are reliable and secure ones that are free for limited use or there are different fee schedules that best suit your bidding quantity and ratio of wins) to place your bid during the last few seconds using eBay's API rather than the not especially reliable web interface or, worse, mobile app.
*(other than to assume someone else will value the item about the same as you, so bid a bit ABOVE any round or roundish number you come up with to increase your chances of being on the winning side of what might have been a tie or a loss to someone else who knows this tip)

Because you are registered as being in Taiwan, you may be trying to bid on auctions, or making offers from sellers who do not ship to your country, and that is why they are cancelled. On each listing page there is a Shipping, Returns and Payments tab. Click on that tab and if Taiwan is not in the list of countries they will ship to, then move on to a different seller.
You have posted on the U.S. based ebay site (ebay.com) If you have a freight forwarding address in the U.S. you have to make sure it is listed as your primary address so sellers who only ship to U.S. addresses will accept your bids/offers.

It sounds like that seller does'nt want your business. Some sellers are reluctant to sell to buyers with little to no buying/bidding history. Nothing you can do. eBay can't force a seller to sell.
Or the seller doesn't ship to your country and didn't set up the auction to exclude Tiawan.
All you can do is find another seller willing to do business with you.
