Why cant i phone
I recently ordered a paint sprayer from a site on eBay, the item arrived but without a battery or charger so I've tried calling the company on the returns label but can't get a direct phone number for Orange Connex, Fulfilment Centre-UK05, Unit 6 Nexus Point, Elliott Way, Birmingham B6 7AP, so is this just another bogus rip off company that takes your money then fobs you off? To which I'm Not impressed!

Orange Connex is not your seller. Please see the advice of @ebooksdiva in message #2. Though the responders here will try their best to help you, since you are from the UK, you may wish to post to the boards there for more specific advice. No worries, somewhere there is a disconnect that seems to direct international users to the US boards all the time.

Have you tried open a not as described return?
Go into your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will say MORE ACTIONS. Click it to find RETURN THIS ITEM.
Next click doesn’t match pictures or description or missing parts or pieces.
Sellers pay for return.
You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return.
Your seller has 2 business days to issue a return label or refund, if by the 3rd business day you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
When the seller accepts your return, issues you a label, you have to return the item. Once the return has been delivered to the seller, the seller has 2 business days to refund. If that doesn't happen on the 3rd business day you can ask eBay to step in for assistance.
