Why are there so many unscrupulous vendors on e-bay
This is why I am very apprehensible about buying from venders on e-bay. I bought a defective product from a vendor with a 100% positive and 0 complaints. How can that be true when I filed a complaint against this vendor? Seems like e-bay sides mostly with the paying vendors than paying customers.

·5 months agoYou "filed a complaint"? Does that mean you opened an item not as described case against this seller?
If so, did the seller send you a prepaid return label? Did you return the item? No really enough information in your message to be able to offer help or advice.
And experienced sellers here are just laughing at the implication that eBay sides more with sellers than with buyers. Just so you know.

·5 months agoFeedback is voluntary and is not used by eBay to assess member accounts.
Buyers, for example, cannot receive negative feedback at all.
The best way, and even that is not great, is to look at "Feedback Left for Others" for signs of problem transactions and strange personalities.
When you filed a Claim, did the seller respond quickly with a Return Shipping Label and a refund on arrival?
Did you use the RSL?
Did you get your refund?
The Money Back Guarantee does require the return before refund, unless the seller agrees to refund without reclaiming their goods.
