Why are sellers having trouble getting shipping labels for Guam to work?
I have had 3 sellers in the last month tell me that they can't get labels for Guam. Why?

·1 year agoHi @youn-conn . I suggest going to the below linked page and updating your shipping address.
Enter GU in the "state" field and enter United States in the "country" field. That will help with at least some shipping label issues created by entering Guam in the country field.

It causes the shipping/sale to be "international rather than domestic" or some such along those lines.

·1 year agoYour registered country shows Guam and not the US, which might cause some problems.
