Who do i contact when delivery has gone past 30days
Still haven't received my item, was due to arrive early June, tracking stopped and has not been updated, seller says can't help me, courier company says ebay need to open investigation to find parcel, can't contact anyone at ebay its all AI, dont know who to contact.

·1 month agoYour only option now is to do a chargeback on your credit card.
How about reading eBay's Money Back Guarantee so that you will know what to do if this happens again? Once your item is one day late per the EDD, you can open an item not received case.

Given that you are located in Australia, where was the item supposed to be shipping from? Did you check your seller's feedback profile to see what country they are registered in? I have a feeling the seller who left you the 3rd feedback in your profile, is China based. Those sellers often try to stall people past the time frame for filing item not received disputes. It is always the seller who should be checking with a shipper if an item gets lost in their system, not you or ebay. You may get better answers if you post this issue on your Home site's ebay community. This is the U.S. based site's (ebay.com) community. I would suggest posting about this on (www.ebay.com.au) post the ebay item number for the item and the last estimated delivery date you were given.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee only gives you 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case. If it's been longer than that you have no recourse through eBay. If you paid with Paypal they give you 180 days to open a not received case. If not, you should open a dispute with your credit card.
