Where's the customer service?!
Summary: hatnumi_54 asked where to find help for a problem they're experiencing. roccotacodad54 and lady_madonna mentioned that the forum is a good place to start and provided instructions for contacting customer service. janet9988 noted that many issues arise from not reading user agreements, while kensgiftshop emphasized the need for specific details about the problem. mudshark61369 suggested contacting eBay Canada's customer service and provided information on the Money Back Guarantee policy, advising against sharing seller usernames.
Where exactly can you get help with a problem on this thing???!!!

Because you are registered as being in Canada, you would have to try contacting ebay's customer service through eBay's Canada based site. www.ebay.ca using the info provided by
@lady_madonna , but from the Canadian site especially if you want a call back. The U.S. based reps cannot make international phone calls.
I would suggest that before doing that that you first read the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy. You can use the link below since the policy is the same on both sites.
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210
If you have questions about using the policy you can ask them here or on your home site's community, but you need to describe your issue, but you cannot post the seller's username.
If your problem is with an item you bought as a guest you should open the Order Confirmation email you received. open the link below for info about resolving issues if you bought as a guest.

If your issue is that you cannot buy an item or bid on an auction, it could be because you just registered your account yesterday. eBay, places limits on how much new members can spend
and/or how many items they can buy at one time. read about the limits in the link below.

Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

You've arrived there. There are many knowledgeable buyers and sellers that frequent these forums that are happy to help.
If you describe the problem(s) someone will be along to help.
