Sorry, no one in this forum can know where your item is. You can go to the order details in your purchase history to locate the estimated date of delivery. When that date passes by one day you can open an item not received case by clicking the "More Actions" drop down menu next to the item then locate and click "I didn't receive it, follow the prompts.
The seller will have 2 business days to either upload tracking showing delivery or a refund. If neither of these things happen, you can return to the case after 4 business days to click "ask eBay to step in".
You have 30 days from the last estimated date of delivery to open the I didn't receive it case.

·1 year agoFile a "Not Received" case against the seller. The seller will need to respond. Did you check the tracking number or did they not give you one?
