Where is my item that I paid for?
I ordered a certain item. They said it would be here on January 6th. But here it is the 13th and I still have not got a tracking number or any info as to why my shipment has not arrived. No one at eBay will actually talk to you. How rude is that.

·1 year agoNow that you want a refund, you now need to file a claim, " item not received", to get the refund

·1 year agoAfter you take the advice kensgiftshop gave you maybe do some reading on Ebays protections for buyers (Money Back Guarantee).........It's all automated and will solve all but the worst of problems.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

OP1 year agoI have contacted the seller but never heard from the seller and never got a tracking number.. I have not revived anything. At this point I just want a refund.

You've been told how to get a refund. I suggest you might want to read up on eBay's Money Back Guarantee:

·1 year agoTo get a refund, you need to file an INR like I mentioned above.
