·3 years agoDid you give the "eBay technical team" access to your bank account? If so, that was a scammer, not eBay.

If you made the purchase as a guest, it will not show up in your Purchase history, but you will receive a confirmation email, in the email account you listed when you signed up to use the site. It may not be in your Inbox, but in a business, spam, or junk file. That email will have same the purchase information in it that would be in your purchase history.
You may have made a purchase "today" Hong Kong time, but what time was it in the seller's time zone? It may have been Sunday if the seller is located in Europe or the U.S.
Just so you know you have posted on ebay's U.S. site's community (ebay.com) if you signed up to use the site on the Chinese or other nation's site, you may get better answers by logging in to it, and posting on that site's community.

·3 years agoHi @jezeb19
You may have purchased the item before signing into your account … so you wouldn’t see it in your Purchase History.
I can’t provide a link on where to see ‘Guest’ purchases, but I’m sure someone else will.

·3 years agoThe "technical team" cannot "step in."
eBay can only step in a case. You can't open a case until after the expected delivery date in the listing. I doubt seriously you were talking to eBay. If you found the number on the Internet you were contacting a spoof eBay website. Scammers put fake Google ads on the internet to steal from you.
