When the auction ends is not shown on the item page anymore
With the new item pages, I can't seem to find on any item page when the auction ends! You have to add it to a watch list to see when the item ends. ?????? Is this an error or intentional?

If you switch your main search results sort to Time: ending soonest you will get a the date, hour minutes left in an auction. Buy it Now items will be displayed in between the Auction listings if they are ending between two auctions end times. On a main search results page if you select the Auction filter, you will only see auctions with that info displayed.
Do be aware that the seconds left in an auction are not displayed until you open the bid history.

OP2 years agoI know I can see the time ending on search results pages but I was asking about it being suddenly absent form the individual item page. Lately I can only see the ending time on the item page if it is an item I'm bidding on or watching. I used to be able to see the ending time on all item pages.

·2 years agoYou should be able to see links to items you have bid on on your Bids & Offers page, items you have won on your Purchase History page, and Watch List items on your Watch List or Summary page.
If you are using a desktop browser you should be able follow those links to see the item page if you are withing ninety days of the item ending. When the item ends, there may be a message a the top of the page with a link to the ended listing, as eBay may immediately load a similar ongoing auction when an auction ends. Follow the link to the original listing, and then scroll down past the sponsored listings to see the original item description.

OP2 years agoOn the item pages, I can only see the ending time/time remaining if it's an item I am "watching" or bidding on. I used to be able to see the ending times on every item page I viewed, including those where I have not bid or watched.

·2 years agoAre you viewing listings on the app or the web? I'm looking at auction listings on the web version and end times are where they've always been, under the current price. BINs have never shown an end time.

OP2 years agoI am viewing on the web. The item page is only showing the auction ending times on those items I'm watching or bidding on. I used to be able to see the ending time on items that I'm simply viewing.

Are you viewing on app (iOS or android)?
Are you viewing on web (which OS and browser)?
