When can I safely buy from another seller if I haven’t received an item yet.
I bought an item that I also paid shipping ($22 within the US for a graphics card on Oct 29th) and was supposed to get here between November 3 and November 8. It’s November 6 right now and the seller hasn’t even shipped the item. I tried contacting them but have received no answer.
In my search, I found someone else selling the same item for cheaper and with free shipping. At this point, I’m disappointed with the first seller would prefer to go with the second to also save some money.
If the item doesn’t arrive on Nov 8th would it be safe to buy it right away from the other buyer and get my money back from the first order?

·2 years agoI am curious if you do not mind me asking. Did you find this other item on your own or was it because eBay sent you advertisements after you had already made your purchased?

Graphic cards, especially those with lower than trending prices are high scam probability listings. While waiting until the 9th to file an item not received dispute, read the terms of ebay's money back guarantee (MBG) in the link below.

Do click on the buttons in the link to read more info about the particulars of the MBG. Save a link to the policy for possible future use.
When you file a dispute if the seller asks you to close it, so they can either refund or send another, go to the dispute on your ebay summary page and ask ebay to step in.

·2 years agoYou need to wait twenty four hours after the last estimated delivery date to file a case. Just be aware that the item could still show up in another day or two.
