What should I do to a scam seller ?
The seller is [Removed by moderator] who is scammer , they sold me a fake clipper that was $100. I realized it is . So I contacted them, then they offered me for 30% refund , I agreed it. Then they messaged me about what is it order number, and then they asked me about do I still have account on EBay . I responded them . However, they didn’t refund me.
I called Customer service, the lady who talked with me that was very meant, she let me to listen what she said then she hung up her phone .
I feel very bad . I have bad experience about EBay.

·8 months agoAfter you've followed the instructions given here about how you can be refunded, how about taking a moment to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
That way, if you have a problem again, you'll know how to bring it to a successful resolution.

Checking the sellers feedback, you would have noticed other buyers complaining about receiving fake products.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

You say you called customer service. It's important to note that eBay hasn't had a customer service number for several years. You have to go through the Help & Contact link and request a call back. So if you called a number you Googled you were talking to scammers. Hopefully you gave them no personal information.

·8 months agoWhich is why it is very important to review feedback before purchasing. You will notice that other buyers have had the same experience of receiving fake items. You have rights to return as another person stated the instruction clearly so follow those instructions for return and you are set.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
