What should I do if the seller only sends a portion of the item?
There is one seller, there are four items and all of them are paid with a card at once. The item was grouped into one and three, but the buyer requested cancellation right away(= 3 days ago) . The seller refused the cancellation request and provided one tracking number, saying that it had already delivered one item, but did not refuse or accept the cancellation request for the remaining three items (Cancel request pending), nor did it provide a tracking number.
And there is no reply to the one-on-one conversation.
What should I do in this situation?

·8 months agoFor clarification, were there four separate listings for four separate items? Or some other configuration?
The seller isn't required to accept a cancellation request, and, if the item(s) are already shipped, he cannot cancel even if he wants to.

You should read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) in the link below. it will explain what steps you can take if you do not get all four items and when you can ask ebay to step in. Do Not file an Item Not Received claim if you receive anything.

If you didn't receive the whole order, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

"The seller refused the cancellation request"
FYI, although buyers can request to cancel, sellers aren't required to accept.
