·3 years agoForwarding voids the Money Back Guarantee. I imagine it would be expensive to have the reshipper open and examine the item and compare it to the description and then repackage it for forwarding if OK or for return if Not As Described, but that's the solution.
If the variance from description is not conceivably due to damage in the international leg you might try your payment source (PayPal, credit card) to see if they would cover it.

OP3 years agoSo I have to ask the reshipper to make sure that the product they received matches the description and if not I can ask for a return?
I can use PayPal to charge back but it doesn't always work

·3 years agoThat's exactly what you would have to do. Then you would have the reshipper hold the package while you filed the return case. You would have to somehow transmit the return label to the reshipper and they would have to repackage and return the item.
