What happened to being able to set more detailed preferences when viewing search results?
1. Am I missing something? I can't find how to set preferences for my buying search results that include the seller's name and seller ratings. Can someone please tell me how to do this?
2. Can we still go back to classic view? I don't see this option.

OP2 years agoI just did what you suggest (and linked to), and it didn't work. Where can we find the page where we choose what to show in the results? I can't find it now, but from what I'm reading, I am guessing that this option is gone.
It seems as though eBay has made this change to help sellers who have lower scores. Then again, I can see how this would help a seller who has unfairly received negative feedback. However, eBay should be able to protect sellers from such feedback, so I'm back to my first thought.

Try using a different browser to see if that helps.

Search using keywords. From your search results, click on the icon in the upper right that lets you choose between List or Gallery view and you should see a "Customize" menu that has search default options.

OP2 years ago😅😠That was the information that I needed...the "customize" menu. I didn't see it, and it was right there all along. I am such a dork, but thank you so very much-not only for the info, but for your patience!

eBay is very good at hiding important links in obscure places and making people hunt for them. And also changing things around without warning.
