What does price per unit mean?
I am thinking about buying a Graphics card, but underneath the price in canadian dollars (650), it says $162 per unit. What does this mean?

'Price per unit' usually is shown in listings that offer more than than one item for the listed price. It shows what the price is for a single item ... and helps the buyer with comparison shopping.

If the price for Ca, dollars was in a bold font then somehow you were logged or redirected to ebay's Canadian site (ebay.ca) The U.S. $ price would be what you would pay if you bought from the Canadian site. On ebay.com the U.S. based site you would only have seen the price in U.S. dollars and not seen the Canadian dollars price.
Since you just signed up to use ebay, there are a couple of things you need to know.
1) You will have a temporary limit on how much you can spend or the number of items you can buy at first. Read about it in the link below.

2) Graphic card listings especially those with a low price, are often scams. Even then they may cost more than you can spend at first. You should avoid buying those items, until you have a bit more experience using ebay. Buying personal electronics on ebay should only be done if the seller is experienced selling them. What you should do is to check the feedback profile page of any seller you intend to buy from. You do that buy clicking on the number in ( ) to the right of thier username. Yours is currently (0). On the page that opens you may see a couple of feedback comments and below that will be an oval with See all feedback written in it.
Click on that and on the new page you will see what country the seller is registered in, and below that a box with the numbers of the 3 types of feedback a seller has received. You can click on the numbers of neutral and negative feedback they have received, to read only those comments. If the seller is not located in the U.S. but gives a U.S. item location on the listing page, avoid buying from them, especially if their country is China or India. If the seller has no selling feedback, or hasn't received any in over a year, avoid them as well. New/Returning sellers tend to run into issues because of their inexperience.
3) Read the info link below and save or bookmark it. It has information on how to use ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG). If you aren't sure about anything to do with buying you can always come back to this board to get answers.
