Good afternoon, about a week ago I tried to send offers to people who have items that interest me, to try to close an agreement. It won't let me send the offer and I get this. My account has no restrictions of any kind so I don't know what to do. Personal data and payment method are updated.

Maybe the seller is not set up to ship to Uruguay.

OP2 years agoI do not buy with the address in Uruguay, I send the items to Miami Florida. I searched on Google and found something similar on eBay UK, with a different number. I don't know if anyone can find out.

I've never experienced that, but could it be that a seller you were dealing with has blocked you from offering?
Afterthought... or have you already sent that seller 5 offers? (Thinking that's the max...??)

OP2 years agonone of the 2 . In fact, out of 10 offers that I want to send, I get this error from 7 or 8 sellers. I don't know what to do anymore so I can create another account, but it shouldn't be like that since I don't have any restrictions or anything strange.
