Watchlist - Can we sort from buy now to auctions?
I do not currently see a way to sort my watchlist into auctions and buy now.
If there isn't a method, can we recommend it to ebay's devs with another small, itty bitty, tiny request?

·1 year agoEbay does not solicit or act on unsolicited suggestions. And they do not search this forum for them.
Everything people want changed has been pretty constant since there was an Ebay, and whenever they have given Ebayers what they wanted, it was a mistake. Even simple stuff like this. The time of the Ebay auction has passed - other than the entertainment associated with the Live Auctions.

·1 year agoOne potential workaround, though clunky to set up:
Go through your Watch List and select every auction listing (all the ones with the number of bids displayed). Then add those to a custom list called "Auctions". If necessary, go through the list again adding all the other listings to another list called "Buy it Now". If you have more than 200, you may need more than one list.
Once you have things set up, new auctions can be added directly to the Auction list if your account allows that; you may want to also put them on the Watch List as well.
One word of caution: do not delete the items from your Watch List; doing so will also delete the items from your custom lists.

You're correct, that sort isn't available. You can suggest anything to eBay. Having them grant your request is a different matter. There aren't enough hours in the day to address every single feature on the wishlist of one or a few members, no matter how small, itty, bitty, tiny. They use their programming resources to address their own corporate wishlist and select modifications requested by large numbers of users.

OP1 year ago"There aren't enough hours in the day" Probably less to do with that and more to do with how they resource or lack of resources in order for "corporate wishlists" to prevail. Ebay needs strong competition if that's the case.

·1 year agoThere are currently about 135 million active eBay members. I'm sure each and every one of them has things they think eBay should do to improve their experience here. So I'd love to hear how you think eBay can address each and every one of them, strong competition or not.
