Was scammed and eBay wont help
Bought a Milwaukee tool pack of 7 for 389 but now the buyers profile is not there anymore I cant even see the item details and cant report it because I had reported it already because of the trickery but canceled it because they said it was on the way im trying to find more help but there support page for that item appears as blocked on the website ebay sucks

·10 months agoAre you saying you did not receive your purchase? And opened an item not received case, but cancelled it because the seller told you it was on its way? You cannot open another case with eBay, but you should be able to do a chargeback on your card.
Before you make further purchases, please take the time to read the Money Back Guarantee. It offers very good protection for buyers if a transaction goes wrong. The catch is that you have to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.
eBay doesn't necessarily "suck". The problem is that you had help available to you via the MBG, but either did not use it or used it incorrectly and accepted a seller's word that your package would arrive.
If/when a purchase does not arrive before, on or slightly after its estimated delivery date, you can open an item not received case. Once you've done that, don't cancel the case because the seller assures you that it is on its way. The tracking shows you the traveling information.
