Waiting on refund

I purchased a purse and the seller cancelled the order immediately and said they issued a refund and I should receive it in 3-5 days. Itâ€™s been longer than that and no refund. I contacted the seller and they told me they did their part. I contacted them again and no response. I just want my money back but not sure what to do next.

While it may take time for the actual refund to show up, you should have received a message that the seller refunded you. Go to My eBay and check your messages or/and check the email you have attached to your account.

Depending on how you paid, it could be a few days, weeks or a complete billing cycle for the refund to show up.
