Venmo Trouble

I'm trying to purchase something with the Venmo discount coupon, but every time I try it gets declined. It says the payment didn't go through and I get an email saying it was declined. I've tried two different venmo accounts, multiple cards and different computers, nothing is working. Is Venmo just broken or am I doing something wrong?

Same thing happened to me. In the end I gave up using Venmo on eBay. It just didn't work out for me. I tried multiple cards as well. They all got declined.

Go to My eBay > Account > Payments ... and add the new credit card to your account. Make it your Preferred/Default/Primary payment source. You may not be able to do that if the last refund/return period for the last purchase you made is still showing in its Order Details.
