USPS lost items and gave me proof
I purchased 13 basketball cards in separate auctions and the seller shipped as one package. USPS delivered to wrong address and gave me notification that they can’t recover them. I open many cases with eBay and they finally refund one of the cards. So I figured they didn’t realize the other 12 was shipped together so I opened cases on all of the 12 remaining and each got denied. I uploaded the proof of documentation from usps that they lost it. USPS won’t allow a claim and eBay denied them also for the other 12 purchases.

If you filed "item not received" (INR) on the others, and there is delivery confirmation associated with each one, that is why you lost.

They are US ebay employees that have some authority to help you.
If you still get thrown under the bus, come back for other options. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

OP1 year agoI feel its AI generated and it didn't bother looking at the uploaded documents. They all read sticking with their
original decision case closed. Their is no option to tell them to look at the documents. So basically my proof was good for one and refunded, but not the rest.

Did you try to contact eBay via any of the links provided to you in message #3? These are different that the regular outsourced eBay agents you get in a call back or chat. It is different than dealing with an appeal handled by a bot.
If you did, and were still thrown under the bus, tell us how you paid, and get more advice.
