You do not need to send the seller a photo. Go to your purchase history, click on the More actions button, then on Return item, and from the list select item didn't match description or photos. The dispute will show up on your My ebay page Returns. The seller will have 3 days to respond to it by either sending you a return shipping label, or issuing a refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping.
If the seller makes excuses, asks you to close the dispute or doesn't respond. On day 4 open the return and click on the ask ebay to step in button. A refund will be issued from the seller's account.
