unfair seller
I recently contacted a seller when my purchase did not arrive one day after the scheduled delivery date. Tracking indicated the package was on time for delivery but it was not. The seller responded that a label would be created today and if I did not receive the item in two weeks, contact him. I questioned if that ment the tracking information was not correct and the item was not shippped. The seller's responses became angry and seller told me to buy from another seller in the future. Since I received confusing information from seller, I asked to cancel my order and receive a full refund. The seller replied the item was shipped and seller would not give the refund. I wondered how the item was shipped if the seller did not create a shipping label. Seller instructed me to get the refund from E-bay. I was polite to this seller dispite the angery responses I received . I opened a refund request from E-bay and the seller responded by telling E-bay I was very rude! I have been a member of E-bay since 2002 and have 100% positive feedback with 2027 problem free E-bay purch.

That reply is a blatant attempt to stall you past the time frame for filing an item not received dispute. All you have to do is use the More actions button on your purchase history page, and select I haven't received my item. The seller would have 3 days to respond with proof the item was shipped using the original tracking, or you ask ebay to step in on the 4th day.
You could also leave appropriate feedback stating the seller didn't ship, and was rude in their replies to your messages.

·3 years agoJust an FYI, all eBay buyers have 100% positive feedback. Buyers can never receive negative feedback.

·3 years agoIf you haven’t received the item you paid for open an item not received case. Go to the item click the menu that says MORE ACTIONS Click Didn’t receive it. Follow the prompts. If the seller doesn’t respond in 2-3 days you can ask eBay to step in for your refund.

Did you get the refund? Did you get the item?
A buyer can only have positive feedback, so it does not matter in any way other than you have purchased 2027 times. It is however very nice to see that you have left a great deal of feedback on your purchases and that you have contacted sellers when you have an issue, I give big points for that.
So just to cover in case you did not get a refund or the item. The "scheduled" delivery day on eBay is almost always an "estimated" delivery date, there may be some listings that do guarantee a date, but for the most part the estimated date is based on the item location, your location, the seller's stated handling time, the shipping service and the whims of eBay because a seller has no control over what date you are shown.
What was the refund request you opened, was it "item not received" because that is the one you need if you didn't get the item. You only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an item not received case so if you have not, do not let the seller put you off for two weeks if you do not have the item, they may be hoping the clock runs out.
