undeliver items
This is crazy i purchase a item for 669.00 dollars ,seller never shipped ,seller do not answer message ,last delivery date was 26 juke 2023 and eBay keeps telling me to wait some more and message seller.
This is unbeliever. eBay is holding my money and they say 100 % guarantee ,and it so hard to get in touch with customer service, been trying for a month with no luck, i am trying to buy a similar item but i can't cause this so call people company does not do anything about it and all they tell you ,on their stupid message to wait.

File case as INR - item not received.

·3 years agoYou have 30 days from the last estimated date to file an item not received case. Go to your purchase history. Next to the item is a drop down menu.
Click the button that saysâ€l Didn’t receive it†or the button that says “More actions†click “ I didn’t receive itâ€. Follow the prompts. The seller has 2-3 days to respond if no response you can ask eBay to step in after 3 days for your refund.
If you are past 30 days to file with eBay you can go through PayPal ( if that’s how you paid) you have 180 days to file a chargeback.
If you didn’t go through PayPal and used a credit card you can call the number on the back of your card to file a chargeback to get your money back.

·3 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
