Unblock a seller
Blocked a seller by mistake can't find out how to unblock them, I'm not wanting to know how to "unblock a buyer" as that's all the algorithmic bots keep suggesting
Any assistance would be great
Cheers

·2 years agoYou're perfectly right regarding searches, but the OP is clearly not referring to a search.

·2 years agoThanks for the "perfectly" LOL. Actually, the OP is not clear about what she is referring to, only about what she is not referring to. Your idea that she's the blockee rather than the blocker could be right ... I mean, perfectly right.

·2 years agoYes I wish the OP would come back with a little more info.
So we could see if any of the replies are along the right lines.
If any are perfectly right.😀

·2 years agoAs you can't block a seller it's much more likely that the seller has blocked you.

< you can't block a seller >
Yes, you can. Well, to be precise, it isn't called "blocking" but you can exclude a specific seller, in Advanced Search. The exclusion is effective for just that one search (refer to the reply by @woodland_gnome ) not an across the board block. Screen shot below ... I just made up that seller's username, any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.

·2 years agoI blocked a scammy seller yesterday. 🙈

·2 years agoPretty simple. Go to blocked bidders, find the username. Delete it. Save. Done

·2 years agoHow exactly did you "block" the seller?
You can block messages from a user that you have a message from in your inbox among the various menu options for the message in your inbox. I don't know how to reverse that.
You can block up to 10 sellers' items from appearing in a search result in Advanced Search or by using the left column filters from the results page (change "Include" to "Exclude"), and then save and use that saved search as the basis for future searches. You would "unblock them" by not using that saved search anymore (except if you want to keep the other sellers on the list then you can bring it up, remove the one seller from the list, and resave it--you'd probably need to use a new title and then delete the old saved search).

From your seller hub, go to your buyer management page, then to your blocked buyer list. Remove the buyer's username by back spacing, then click submit.
