Unable to purchase anything on eBay
For several months I have been unable to make a purchase on eBay. I have always paid for everything. Don't now what to do. I have been purchasing on eBay since 2016. After I click on pay my screen covers up all info after my request. I have talked on the phone, changed my password and even sent a note to eBay, have heard nothing! Please help!

Can you please clarify what you mean by this?
Do you get a pop up or something?
As suggested, you might want to try a different avenue to use the site, such as a different browser, a mobile device, maybe even a different computer in case something is trying to intercept the page. Or its not able to load the payment screen and is blank? Hence why more info would be helpful.
A screenshot would be good, but I don't want you to share any personal information.

OP1 year agoThank you for your interest. The item page is clear. When I press to buy it, the page that comes up has the info on it but the info is covered behind light gray. I can do nothing!
