Last Sunday ebay's computers went down, They did get them back online, but since then there have been intermittent site function interruptions. There have been reports from others saying they were not able to send offers, add things to watch lists... etc. Some have said, after a wait they were able to do the things they wanted to.聽

If you are using a browser and having problems making offers, try using the eBay app.

路5 months agoCan you post an item number that you are running into this problem with. Have you tried clearing your browser cache history? Are you using a VPN?

OP5 months agoIt's an item I've bought before, Combiva by seller Douglas8098.聽 Yes, cache et al cleared, reboot, restart etcetcetc.聽 Not using vpn.聽 Just tried again to make offer, 5/2, CST 8:30pm, still getting the below:
