Unable to make an offer
Anyone else not able to make an offer. The button will not appear on my screen after trying multiple browsers. I have cleared my cache and tried everything I know to do. This is very frustrating.

Same thing for me, I'm unable to scroll down the offer screen to click on the submit or confirm button. Called eBay and was told this is a glitch reported by others and that eBay is working to fix it in the next 24 to 48 hours.

·1 year agoMy best offer isn't working either. Been trying to buy something all morning. Last step, the button is gone. Can't send anything.

·1 year agoIf there is no Make An Offer on a listing, that seller did not enable the option and does not want to entertain offers.

·1 year agoWhich button is missing, then? We need a little more detail to suggest what might be happening. Is it asking you to choose a payment method before submitting the offer?

Not every seller lists their items with a Best Offer option. Many sellers who use ebay's quick listing tool have the Best Offer forced on their listings, whether or not they want to accept offers.
