Unable to leave feedback to fraudulent seller
I purchased perfume from a seller who sent an obvious fake. Of course, I know this is a risk but because I have only sold authentic perfumes because I buy retail usually and may tire of a fragrance or never wear it. I then assume the best in people. Purchase came fast and in shrink wrap but besides the wrapping, everything else was wrong. Lot number, color of package, smell, lettering, date on packaging, all wrong. When I opened the box the cap and nozzle were not on the perfume, just in the box. Sent refund request, seller offered 50% off the fake perfume. Of course I declined. I am not able to leave feedback because the listing was removed for policy violation. Ebay said to send back perfume and I will be refunded fully. What is so crazy about this purchase. The seller name on Ebay does not match name or location on the original shipping label that was sent to my home. In addition there is a third name and location on the return label sent to me AND it is going back to Amazon returns. I asked Ebay about this they said the UPS label is legitimate when I asked about it going back to Amazon and 3 different names on 1 single transaction. They said I will receive my money back regardless that I did not accept seller terms.

I have a feeling the issue you ran into was with the last seller you received feedback from. Did you check their feedback profile before making the purchase? If not you should have, not only do they have a poor percentage for a high volume seller, but they have received almost 3k non positive feedback in the last 12 months. Go to your profile page make sure to switch the sort from Most relevant to Most recent. Then click on that seller's ...lux feedback number, what you see may scare you. The second seller down on your profile is not much better. You may be surprised at their country of registry.
If your issue was with a different seller, you did not receive feedback from, you probably should have checked their feedback profile before making the purchase. Never go by a feedback percentage alone!

If the seller sent a return shipping label through the case, use that to send it back. You'll be made whole. Good luck.

Feedback is associated with a particular transaction tied to a listed item with a specific Item Number. If the listing is removed by eBay … then the Item Number disappears, and no feedback can be left.
