Unable to file not as described ithat arrived today. Stained & sized wrong seller has been notified
I tem arrived late morning with stains and wrong size. Seller stated this was NEW WITHOUT TAGS. Even contacted to double check condition. Now tried to file return not as described and the continue button does not light up to file the claim. Is there some time frame? Page seems locked

·8 months ago@my_boston_baked_beans this is 2 very unusual "nobody-else-has-these-problems"; problems that you've had in the past week.
Returns ALWAYS show up and the tracking info is right there (your issue earlier this week)
Returns to start also don't have these problems that you have now.
What browser are you using? What computer software? (windows 10 and not 11?)
Either way, I would advise, try a different computer with a different browser (windows 11, not 10, edge or chrome or something because these issues are a YOU thing. Not a 'site' thing.

Thursday eBay is always doing maintenance of some kind too.

OP8 months agoIf I go into the return page( anytime even now) it automatically brings me to the description page of the issue as well as adding pictures which I added 4, and good description of the situation. The page freezes and the contine button stays gray never lights blue...
Rebooted the computer checked other factors on my end..no problems. It s definately ebay tech issue?

·8 months agoThe only other thing I can think of is the total size of the 4 photos is too large. Try using 1 photo.

·8 months agoIn the return case where you actually type in an explanation of what was different about the item, make sure to use at least 2 lines.
(Use a carriage return and have words on 2 lines)
Do that and see if you can continue.

OP8 months agoHere is what I wrote along qith adding 4 pictures:
The jacket arrived today unfortunately it has a stain on the front, and is definately not a women's as the armpit to armpit is 16.5". The one I have is also XL, and the armpit is 19.5.
I am returning this as it is not as described, and certainly not a gift item.
The stain is very visable.
