Unable to add video in discussion with seller
I am trying to add a video , to illustrate to the seller the problem with my item. I keep getting the message "
You can upload up to 5 images only. Images cannot be larger than 9 MB." I am only trying to upload 1 video, which is 4.5MB, and I've tried in both MP4 and MOV format, but it will not allow me to add it. Thank you for any help with this.

BUT
When/if a buyer receives an item that is not as described, all he needs to do is open an item not as described case.
To the best of my knowledge, no video or even a picture is required.

·1 year agoIf there are problems with the item, why not use the Money Back and open an Not as described return request.
