Hello, I’m trying to enter a live chat with a ebay agent and I’m not getting that option. There is a seller on here who is selling illegal material, and I’d like a refund.

·1 year agoThere's no need to contact eBay customer support. If you want a refund you'll need to file a return request. Instructions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
If you want to report a listing you can do that by clicking the question mark on the lower right of the listing page (or use the 3 dot menu top right from the app) and fill out the form.
