Trying to fie a INR, it keeps putting me in a never-ending loop.
Item not received.
Beyond the estimated delivery date.
I pull the item up on my purchase history, click on "more actions" then "I didn't receive it".
Then it takes me to a screen that says "Your item may still be on the way" and shows tracking.
There is no button/option to escalate or file a INR claim.
It says if I didn't receive the item, to do what just did, click on "more actions" then "I didn't receive it".
Anyone else experiencing this?

On your order confirmation email, what is the estimated delivery date range?
On the tracking pop up, what is the current EDD?
On what date was the last tracking scan?
I've seen similar reports recently but they turned out to be cases where the latest date on the EDD window hadn't passed yet. In order to diagnose if something else is going on, the above info will help.

OP2 years agoI had to wait one day after the date it says I could file a INR.
I'm good to go now.

·2 years agoI talked about this with an open forum on the monthly talk with an employee.
If it is not stating "delivered" it is not considered received.
To not open INR after "expected delivery..." and cannot file INR might be something new eBay is doing.
Really strange.
And I talked with employee as to the "item running late...and so on"...with tracking....it means item not "delivered". I wonder if something is being changed. I have a lot of open "trackings" from far back to March 2023 not "delivered" and tracking still open stating ..."running behind" or whatever.
I did get an email from one of my buyers asking about an item not received yet today...
There were two different stated dates...one for me and one from the buyer...so weird.
Check into the dates of item purchased and date of when "estimated....". on purchase.

OP2 years agoI hope it's a (temporary) glitch.
It would be kind of dumb to not be able to file a INR just because the tracking shows the item is still in transit.

I have so many tracking items I have stating "still in transit" from March 2023 on eBay tracking....lucky all my buyers have been honest.
