Trouble with adding a payment method for auctions and offers

Hey there, when I try to add a payment option for auctions and offers it gives an error saying "we couldn't verify this card, please choose a different payment method" I really want to bid on an item, it's ending in 4 days

@dietersdiecast ,If you use a phone or tablet and the app, use your device's browser to login manually, to ebay.com. Go to your My ebay page, in the upper left look for the Account button and click on it.
