Trouble trying to send a video to a seller
I would need to send a video clip to a seller, to show how (poorly) an item works. Seems like I can attach pics only to a message. That won’t work, because I need to show a motion. How about sending a link to the video, if I upload it on the net? Can that be done?

·3 years agoThere's no need to jump through hoops to send a video to the seller. If the item doesn't work, go to the listing in your purchase history and click the Return button. Select that the item is not as described. Ebay may require you to attach a photo, but not a video. Then follow through with the eBay case to return the item and get a refund.

There are so many scammers on eBay we cant trust buyers to be truthful when they say something is not working.
A 10 second video can get them a immediate refund and save the seller shipping costs.
