我4月6日在ebay平台购买的商品订单号是09-14467-52438。卖家没有发货，提供了虚假的物流跟踪号。因为我错误的关闭了退货纠纷，导致了未收货纠纷的开启。现在不能拿货也不能退款
你肯定明白，你没有收到你所购买的物品，卖方提供的跟踪是无效的，因为它没有任何运动的货物
我需要帮助来获得退款。

·1 month agoIf you used a credit card to fund Alipay, request a chargeback through your card issuer.
如果您使用信用卡为支付宝充值，请向发卡行申请拒付（chargeback）。

OP1 month agoBut I paid more than a thousand dollars, the seller has not delivered ah, the capital is so directly gone ，Alipay can not initiatei dishonor payment in mainland China

·1 month agoTranslation since I doubt anyone on the boards speaks/reads Chinese:
"I purchased an item on eBay on April 6th, order number 09-14467-52438. The seller did not ship the item and provided a fake tracking number. Because I mistakenly closed a return dispute, a non-receipt dispute was opened. Now I can neither receive the item nor get a refund. You understand, you haven't received the item you purchased, and the seller's tracking number is invalid because it shows no movement of the goods. I need help getting a refund."
Because you closed your case, eBay is out of the picture. If you paid with a credit card, reach out to your card issuer and see if they can help.

OP1 month ago我用支付宝付款的，支付宝在中国大陆发起不了付款纠纷，但已经多次反馈eBay商家，商家一直不回复消息

·1 month agoI don't know if you have any other options, then. I doubt anyone likely to respond here lives in China or knows anything about the payment services like Alipay there.
