Tracking # Scams
When a seller submits a tracking # ( That's All eBay & eBay master card needs ) They WILL DENY any & all claims. The tracking # states that the item was delivered to the Post Office. When I contacted the Post Office, they said it was never received. Sent letters to eBay & eBay master card from the Post Masters, Nothing Matters. They Cannot produce a person who delivered the item. I furnished letters from the Post Master, Nothing. Any Suggestions out there, WHAT CAN I DO ??? Thank You !!!

"When a seller submits a tracking # ( That's All eBay & eBay master card needs ) They WILL DENY any & all claims".
The problem is that federal postal privacy regulations do not allow anyone not the sender or buyer, to get the actual label address from a shipping agency. Therefore all ebay and Master card can do is check the tracking info to see if it was delivered in your zip code. If they see that it was, they deny the dispute. Since it seems that after ebay turned you down you filed with your card provider which ended all possibility of Appealing through ebay.
You would have to call the number on the back of your card explain to the rep that though tracking showed delivered, it was not delivered to your address, and see what if any info they will accept if you can appeal the case through them.
Before doing that, Since your P.O. told you the label did not have your address on it. You may be able to appeal M.C.'s decision by going to your P.O. with a print out of the order details or your phone or tablet if you use one to shop on ebay with, to show a clerk your order details which has the tracking number and your address.
You want to ask the clerk to check the label address against yours on the order details page, and also to check the Package type/size/weight info to see if was is appropriate for what you should have received. If the info does not match up, you ask the clerk to write a note on USPS stationary saying in general that the shipping label's address was not yours, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight was not right for what you should have received. Do not ask them to write specific address or package info, they cannot give it out. Have the clerk print their name then sign and date the note. Master card may accept a scan of the note to allow a charge back something you may want to call and ask them about.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
If the seller wants to pay to have something returned, send them a copy of the letter you received from USPS.

·1 year agoFrom the OP's original message, I assumed that the OP was posting as a buyer who had not received his item although tracking showed it to have been delivered to the PO.
So I was wrong?
BTW, I am a former seller (very long ago) and a current buyer, if that makes a difference to those reading my post here.

·1 year agoTo be clear, I’ve written many times that I don’t care if you were a buyer or seller – it is an important. What is important is if you dispense advice on selling while pretending to be a seller. Fine if you want to go from telling us that you have never been a seller, to not currently a seller, to a long ago seller, to may be a current seller with a different ID. But, I hope you understand that there is a grand difference between information and experience. There is a real world difference to being able to look up information on an eBay and dealing with the intricacies of selling. I’m not sure what you get out of pretending to be a seller – it’s fine. Sellers don’t have a special status here.

If you have an issue with another member on these boards take them to private messages and quit wasting our time looking to see if any useful info has been posted after our responses. None of us has a 100% correct response rating on these boards, because original posts are often confusing.
