Tracking non sent

Question

Good morning. I bought an item on May 5th and paid for it the same day. By 7pm it wasn't in the news. I sent a message to the seller and he wrote to me that he was in the hospital and would leave on May 9th. From then until today, the 13th, he hasn't sent me a message or a shipping notification. What should I do now? I sent today another message but not answer.What must do now?

You are located in Greece but have posted on ebay's U.S. based site ( ebay.com ) if this is the site you bought the item on, we can probably give you better answers if you go to your Purchase History, open the Order details, and post the ebay item number for the item it is under the Item's title and is 12 digits long with no hyphens.

If you did buy the item from a U.S. based seller, was he to send the item directly to you or do you use a freight forwarder to have item sent from the U.S. to Greece?

Have you read the answers you received when you asked this question earlier?

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing where you made your purchase.

If you have not received your item by that date, you can open an item not received case the day after that.

Given your seller's situation, you might want to give it a few more days after that EDD, keeping in mind that you have 30 days after that date to open an INR case.
