Tracking isn’t updating
I shipped out a package on August 20th and I’ve been watching the tracking to see when it’s gonna arrive at the buyers house. Well August 24th it went out for delivery then said awaiting pickup at post office.
Today I just let them know it’s at the post office and they said they already grabbed it. Well eBay is still showing “awaiting delivery” and the usps tracking just shows “pickup available.”
I’m not sure what to do. Will I still get paid?

There is no need for you to contact the buyer regarding delivery issues, unless the buyer contacts you first.
If you had a dishonest buyer, and you had contacted the buyer about a delivery issue, the dishonest buyer might open an "item not received" case against you, which would not have closed until your item had been confirmed as delivered.
It is better just to leave well enough alone, and let the buyer contact you first.

·1 week agoeBay considers Available for Pickup @sararock to be the same as Delivered.
If the buyer had filed an Item Not Received refund request, then you clicked Update Tracking Details -- the buyer would have lost, got no refund, and feedback is blocked.

OP1 week agoI’m sorry I don’t quite understand this comment, the buyer didn’t file anything.

·1 week agoThis happens frequently. Many buyers have their mail held at the PO when they are on vacation.

be thankful you had a honest buyer, they could have filed a inr and got their money back.

OP1 week agoI’m very thankful they were honest! I’ve just never sold on eBay before so I wasn’t sure if it’d update eventually or not since it’s been about 5 days since they grabbed it.
