You joined ebay 2 years ago and have sold 4 items according to your profile. Did you run into ebay's 21-30 payment hold on your first few sales? If you did had you read far enough into the Getting Started info to know about it? If you did that you were one of the few who did that. Most New sellers these days do not read far enough into the info, to learn about the Hold or how to deal with it.
If you open your purchase history and check the tracking, It probably says something like; Label created Shipper awaits receipt of the item.
That often indicates the new seller created a label, but is waiting for the payment status to change from Pending to Completed on the sold item page, before they ship the E-bike.
Because they do not think they have been paid, they may not be responding to your messages, thinking that you are trying o scam them some how. You may want to try messaging them again, telling them if they haven't actually shipped the bike because of the Pending payment status, to do a Google search for: "Payments on hold - ebay export" That will tell them about the hold. You can add that once tracking shows a delivered scan ebay will release the funds within a few days.
You leaving them a positive feedback ASAP, if everything checks out, will help release the funds as well.

·2 years agoDon't go by the estimated delivery date on the listing as that will change day to day. You will be able to open an item not received claim the day after the eta in your order details.

I hope it's coming from another country as maybe China...those can create a fire and have charging up those bikes. I suggest buying from a USA store for some type of guarantee in case it creates a fire.

·2 years agoThe listing should show an estimated delivery date (or range). On the day after the last estimated delivery date, you can file a claim for 'Item not received." Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

Once the last estimated date of arrival passes, you should open a case for item not received through the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
