Sellers do not have to get back you about anything unless something goes wrong, What they do have to do is get your order shipped out to you in a timely manner.You can always check if your order has shipped & they should also include a tracking number so you can check on the status of your orders arrival.

I don't ever "hear back" from anyone.
I buy it. The seller ships it. I receive it.
