Three Helpful Tips For Buyers
Good morning and happy Monday, everyone. Here are three helpful tips that will help improve your shopping experience:
1. Many sellers include item descriptions, make sure to read them to learn about what you are buying.
2. Many sellers include several photos, make sure to look at them to see what you are buying.
3. Got a question about an item? Ask BEFORE you buy. If you message your seller with a laundry list of requests immediately after buying something, your sale will likely be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

While those suggestions can help there are other that could be more helpful.

If the Seller's description is a glowing description of the item, it could be an A.I. generated one. If you are not familiar with an item, search online to learn more about it, before searching ebay for one of them.
Many sellers include several photos, make sure to look at them to see what you are buying.
If all of the photos look like stock ones, the seller may not know anything about what they are selling, so use my suggestion above. If the item is pre-owned there should be photos of the actual item, not just stock photos.

Definitely the best way to go. If you do not get a reply, find the item from another seller who will answer questions.
New suggestion: Always check each seller's feedback profile page before buying from one.
Especially, if the seller is a high volume seller with less than a 98.6% rating, and/or gives an item location in China, or the item location does not have a city/state and United states. If the seller has no feedback or a very low feedback number the one in ( ) to the right of their username. There could be issues because of their inexperience.
