I purchased a jacket from a local seller 5 days ago and requested a refund since it won't be here in time for a trip after they hadn't shipped 3 days after the purchase. This was declined and the status was changed to shipped. Great, right? I looked at the tracking and it still shows label printed but USPS hasn't received the item. I told them I need to cancel and if they keep holding it I'll give them negative feedback since they basically lied and said it shipped. Well they're now threatening to come to my house etc. I've reported them but they're still sending me threats. How long before Ebay sees complaints? Here's the interaction:
